Hi Jim,
I don't know if this will be any help to you. I have a spouse of a distant
relative named Lou Miller. He was married to Rhuama Rhodes. I do not have a
date or location. A lot of the Rhodes family did end up in Allen County.
Sorry I could not be more help. Nancie

Hi There, Just had to write----- our family the Kaylors, went from Westmoreland Co. to Montgomery co. in Ohio and the to the Fort Wayne area. Then they came back to Pa. My husbands father had a guardian appointed in Sept . 1923 whose name was Homer Myers . I wonder, do you suppose that we have a connection? Dolores in Pa.

Can you tell me where this Michael MARTIN came from before he was in
Allen County and who his parents or other relatives were ?
On the 1880 plat map of Monroe Twp., Allen Co., IN, M. MARTIN is
shown owning 80 acres about 2 miles east of Monroeville. A search
of Allen Co. land records shows that to be a Michael Martin.
Specifically, his farm was a corner parcel, on the south side of
Monroeville Road and on the west side of Morgan Road.
That intersection is:
Range 15 East; Township 29 North, Section 16.
Michael MARTIN's farm was the North 1/2; Northeast 1/4, Section 16.
Directly north of Michael were the farms owned by Samuel CLEM, Jr.
and David MARTIN/Malinda [CLEM] MARTIN.
Any clues to help me trace Michael MARTIN will be appreciated.
