Looking for family info/data with any version of this surname. My Cothrells
were in Ft. Wayne, circa 1850 and forward. First names of primary interest
are: Jared, Newell, Moses, Allan, George, William, Ruthette, Julia. They seem
to be aligned with the Carpenter and Vanalstine familes. I have had a hard
time finding this lineage. Any clues are greatly appreciated.

Tom,
My grandfather, Vern Tannehill, knew Carl and did business with him. I remember
him mentioning Carl's name from time to time. Other than that, I can't help you.

Tom,
Have you checked the Fort Wayne City Directories? If you can't go to Allen
County Public Library, you can get them on film from the LDS Family History
Centers.
The directories list everyone who worked--their occupation, where they
worked, and where they resided--year after year.

Another request.
Am also looking for any information on Edward SUELZER. He and his family were business owners in the 1920's in Fort Wayne. Edward SUELZER and my grandfather owned a machine shop
together. Thanks again. Tom Palmer
