HAROLD E. HARNER
Harold E. Harner, 53, of Bluffton, died unexpectedly at 9:30 a.m. Friday at the
Caylor-Nickel Clinic Hospital in Bluffton. He was employed by the Kitco Manufacturing
Co.
Born in Celina, Ohio on May 25, 1925, he was the son of Jesse and Erma Harris-Harner,
and was married in 1950 to Gladys Death; she died in 1957.
Survivors include four children, Mrs. Richard (Sandra) King, Bluffton; Mrs. Pamela
Monroe, Bluffton; Mrs. Deborah A. Gardner, Bluffton; Terry L. Adams, route 2,
Monroeville; five sisters, Mrs. Dewey (Pauline) Spence, Monroe, N. C.; Mrs. Harry
(Margret) Dietrick, Celina, O.; Mrs. Vernon (Joan) Daniels, Kossuth, O.; Mrs. Elmer
(Mary) Bernard, St. Henry, O.; Mrs. Jack (Pat) Fisher, New Haven; six brothers, Fred
and Kenneth Harner, Mendon, O.; Ralph, Bill and Eldon Harner, St. Mary's, O.; Bob
Harner, Rising Sun, O.; and 10 grandchildren. One son preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Winteregg-Linn & Haggard
Funeral Home, with Rev. Donald Ault officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday.
