Lucas L. Schwartz, 3, rural Monroe, died today in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. He was
born on September 8, 2004, in Adams County to Marcus E.T. and Lelah S. Schwartz Schwartz.
The family belongs to the Old Order Amish.
Dorothy I. Christener, 83, Decatur, died at 12:10 a.m. today in the nursing center in
Woodcrest Retirement Community. Funeral arrangements are pending at Haggard and Sefton
Funeral Home.
Marcile Trisel. The date of the funeral and visitation were erroneously listed by the
newspaper one week early in Wednesday's obituary notice for Marcile Trisel, 96, of
Decatur, who died last Saturday. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 3, in
Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, with burial in Willshire Cemetery at Willshire, Ohio.
Visiting hours will be 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 2, in the chapel at Woodcrest
Retirement Community and 1-5 and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2, in the funeral home.
Richard L. Elliott, 67, Berne, died Monday at home. He was born on September 6, 1940, in
Muncie to Walter and Garnet Jones Elliott. He married Mary C. Thomas on May 5, 1962; she
survives.
