Josephine G. Schwartz, 69, rural Geneva, died at 12:10 a.m. Saturday at home. She was
born on September 15, 1938, to William H. and Mary S. Girod Schwartz. She married Raymond
M. Schwartz, who survives.
Rev. James M. Patch, 72, Lexington, Kentucky died there at 12:17 p.m. Friday in a U.S.
Department of Veterans' Affairs medical center. He was a former Geneva-area resident.
He was born on September 20, 1935, in Grant County, Indiana, to H. Clarence and Martha M.
Alderton Patch.
Maxine A. Hamrick, 86, Willshire, Ohio, died at 12:33 p.m. Friday at home after a long
illness. She was born on February 16, 1922, in Huntington County, Indiana, to Guy H. and
Dessie M. Waters Bonner Sr. She married Forrest L. Hamrick on December 24, 1941; he died
in 1983.
Marcile Trisel, 96, Decatur, died Saturday in the nursing center at Woodcrest Retirement
Community. Funeral arrangements are pending at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home.
Raymond W. Seitz, 76, Home Lake, Colorado, a retired Decatur police office4r, died in
Colorado on Saturday. Funeral arrangements are pending at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home.
