MOTHER OF CITY RESIDENT DIES
Mrs. Frances G. Geisler, 67, of 806 North Third street, died at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday at the
Adams county memorial hospital, where she had been a patient two weeks. She had been
critically ill only one day.
A native of Dayton, O., she was born June 24, 1905 to Ollie and Minnie Reese-Voris, and
she was married to Arthur Geisler Nov. 25, 1926. Her husband died June 19 of this year.
Mrs. Geisler had resided with her daughter, Mrs. Fred (Sue)Bruner in Decatur for the past
six months.
She was a member of the Hale United Church of Christ at Dayton.
Surviving in addition to the daughter are a brother, Charles Voris of St. Petersburg,
Fla.; and three grandchildren. Two brothers are deceased.
Friends may call at the Zwick funeral home in this city from 7 to 9 p.m. today. The body
will be taken to the Routsong funeral home in Dayton, where friends may call from 6 to 8
p.m. Thursday. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the Routsong funeral home,
with Rev. Harold Leininger officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Dayton.
