Lynn Lough, 51, of Willshire, Ohio, died at 12:30 a.m. Friday (Ohio time) at home,
after having been ill since last October.
He was born on August 14, 1952, in Willshire to Nile E. and Adeline Strickler Lough.
His father is deceased; his mother lives in Willshire.
He married Linda Gruss on August 3, 1974 and she also survives.
He was a truck driver for ATL Inc. in Decatur and a member/director of the
Old-Fashioned Farmers' Association of Van Wert County, Ohio, and the Sons of the
American Legion at Willshire Post 207. He was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church in
Rockford, Ohio.
Other survivors are a son, Denny Lough of Huntington; a daughter, Christa K. Lough of
Decatur; a sister, Jeanne Harvey of Decatur; and three grandchildren.
A prayer service will be held at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday in Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home,
Decatur, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mary of the Assumption
Catholic Church in Decatur. Burial will be in Willshire Cemetery.
Visiting hours are 4-7 p.m. Monday and 1-4 and 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, with a scriptural wake
service at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Preferred memorials are to the Mercer County Hospice at Celina, Ohio, and to the
Polycystic Kidney Foundation.
