DEATH CLAIMS MRS. FOREMAN
Adams County Native Dies This Morning at Fort Wayne
Mrs. Sarah A. Foreman, 60, a native of Adams county died this morning at 3 o'clock
at her home in Fort Wayne after an illness of six months. Death was attributed to chronic
myocarditis.
The deceased was born in Adams county October 3, 1879, the daughter of Mathias and Mary
Ball-Brandyberry. Her husband, William Foreman, preceded her in death. She had resided
in Fort Wayne for the past eight years.
Surviving are the following children: Peter, Charles and Mrs. Leota Robinson, all of
Fort Wayne; Arthur of Decatur; Mrs. Ethel Rinker of Fort Wayne; Richard, Frederick and
Mrs. Mary Jackson, all of Fort Wayne; the following brothers and sisters: Dennis
Brandyberry, Mrs. Lenora Flick, Mrs. Zelphia McDowell, all of Fort Wayne; Mrs. Eva
Burkhead of Monroe, Mrs. Dolly Duke of Albany, Mrs. Blanche Conner of Winchester.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the residence of
Fort Wayne and burial will be in the Crawford cemetery at Berne. The body will be
returned from the Gillig and Doan funeral home here to the residence this evening and may
be viewed there until time for the services.
