Subject: 19th Century Cemetery Delineation
I am writing in an effort to establish contact with parties interested in
19th century cemetery location and delineation. Our firm is actively
engaged in research utilizing state-of-the-art remote sensing techniques to
relocate and or define vandalized or damaged cemeteries in Indiana.
HAR is using a ground conductivity measurement system to survey rural family
plots where headstones have been damaged or removed in an effort to place
these cemeteries back on the map. We use a sub-meter accuracy GPS survey
system and GIS software to map the sites.
