I have been looking for an obit for my great grand father, Kenneth Otis McCollum. He died
in Oct 1936 I think, and I was told in INDY on an oil related accident, but I had asked
someone in INDY to look for an article on the accident, but none was found, so is there
anyone in Adams County, who would look to see if there was one for him in the local
papers. I was also wondering if he and the family were living in or around Geneva, during
that time. I just remember the little pink house grandma Nora lived in Geneva, which has
been torn down. Fond memories of that house. The family was Kenneth McCollum, Elnora
"Nora" Buckmaster McCollum, Flo, Reba and Kenny. I don't have a picture of
Kenneth either, so I am hoping that there is one out there somewhere, I'm sure he was
a redhead as Flo and Reba were, and so are their children, and grands and so on...
Also, does anyone have a picture of the Sinclair? Gas Station in Geneva, it was torn down
probaby 20+ years ago, my great uncle ran it and I would like to have a picture of it, he
was Ralph Bailey. If I remember right, it is where the Geneva Library is now?
Thanks, Andrea.
