My Reefs came from Attiswil in 1851. They were first in Fairfield County, Ohio (Lancaster, Ohio area). Most of them stayed in Fairfield County. John Ulrich was the father of this group. He had a son, Jacob that went to Jay County Indiana about 1863. Tom Frye live in Jay County and has information on Jacob's side.
I live near Lancaster, Ohio.
We are probably from the same Reefs in Attiswil, but I don't know how we connect. I do have more information on the father and grandfather of the above John. I don't know if it would help you as the same names repeat and you can't tell one family from another.I did visit Attiswil in 2000. It is hard to find information there as they all speak German.
