Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Loretta - I have many UHLs in my family tree, although it appears that in both of
our cases they are related by marriage as opposed to direct bloodline. However,
let me know if you have any other relatives of Henrietta UHL (I do not have her or
John Frederick HINDENLANG in my database)

Thanks for the compliments. It's been a labor of love...somedays more labor,
somedays more love. But I've made a lot of great connections by doing it.
Some county pages may be fancier with lots of graphics, but I live in rural
Madison Co., KY and the fastest connection I can get (with a 33.6 modem) is
24.6, so I know what it's like to wait for graphics to load. I try to keep
it simple but functional. And I'm always anxious for comments...what can I
do to improve the pages.
I've updated some of my family genealogies and added a couple of new ones to
the genealogy page. Updated are:
Mann
Kiess
Singleton
Warner
McConnehey
Spangler
New are:
Clever
MeWhorter
Within a couple of days they should be indexed on Surname Helper, links to
which you'll find on the Adams Co. page (distinct from the new search
routines which I recently posted). Those new routines are still somewhat
experimental and aren't refreshed on a regular schedule yet.
I'll be away from the computer for a few days, to visit our daughter in San
Antonio. Talk to you when I get back.
