SUPPOSED DEAD MAN HEARD FROM
Seymour, Ind., June 4-Frank Brown, who was mourned for as dead ten years
ago, has been heard from in New Mexico. He was traveling out West with a
crew of surveyors and a report came that the entire crew had been murdered
by the Indians. His Jackson County friends are joyfully surprised at
hearing the news. He is a brother of Mrs. S. W. Shields of Brownstown, Ind.
