SLEEPING SOUNDLY
English, Ind., Jan. 30-William T. Mulhiggins, near Eckerty, was thrown from
his horse sixteen days ago and, after being removed to his home and placed
in bed, he fell into a peaceful sleep which has continued uninterruptedly
until the present time. He was in perfect health before the accident.
Occasionally milk, brandy punch and other liquid refreshments are
administered without arousing him. Mr. Mulhiggins is aged 39 and he has a
wife and two children. The physicians are puzzled over his condition but
are hopeful of ultimate recovery.
