INSTANTLY KILLED
Gates Schroler, a well-known engineer on the J., M. and I. Railroad, was
instantly killed at Jeffersonville night before last. He took out the
Louisville Express that leaves here at 6:45 PM and when he reached
Jeffersonville he alighted from his engine in front of a passing O. and M.
train.
