A BEAUTIFUL WEDDING AT THE GERMAN LUTERAN CHURCH
Last evening at the German Lutheran Church in this city, Mr. Henry Bruning,
who is connected with Sargeant & Company, and Miss Emma Vonstrohe, daughter
of the late Herman Vonstrohe, were united in marriage.
The bride is an heiress and one of our most lovable and modest young ladies,
and made a handsome appearance. The groom was dressed in the usual black
dress suit.
An elegant luncheon was served to the bridal party at the home of the
bride's mother on Sycamore Street after which the bride and groom repaired
to their home on Mechanic Street which is furnished magnificently. The
friends from abroad here to attend the wedding were Henry Burke and wife of
Indianapolis, grandparents of the bride.
