MAN IS ACCUSED OF USING CHILDREN IN CHECK FRAUD
Bedford, Indiana, March 16-Ed Coulter is under arrest here, charged with
forgery, aiding and abetting a forgery and with passing of a forged check.
Coulter is charged with having used his two daughters, 14 and 12 years old,
to aid him in forging and passing a check for $7.50 on Curtis Whitted,
proprietor of a Washington Avenue store. Coulter also will be charged with
contributing to the delinquency of his two daughters, it is said. His bond
was placed at $1,000.
