FATALLY INJURED
Charles Hornung, a brakeman on the J. M. & I. Cement train and residing in
Jeffersonville, was perhaps fatally injured at Speed's switch seven miles
back of Jeffersonville yesterday afternoon by being caught between two cars
while attempting to make a coupling. He was taken to his home in
Jeffersonville last evening but was suffering so much pain that the
physicians were unable to make a thorough examination to determine the
extent of the injuries sustained.
