civilwardata.com does not show a George W. Culler in any Indiana Regiment.
However, it might be an error on civilwardata.coms site but there is a
George W. Cutler listed with the 149th Indiana as follows. This might help
you find more by searching for his incorrect spelling in muster rolls, etc.
George W. Cutler
Residence Stockton IN;
Enlisted on 2/14/1865 as a Private.
On 2/14/1865 he mustered into "B" Co. IN 149th Infantry
He was Mustered Out on 9/27/1865 at Nashville, TN
