Phyllis J. Regazzi

Phyllis June Regazzi, 72, Highland, died at 11:45 a.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 2007
at Saint Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville.
She was born June 1, 1935 in Norris City, the daughter of Woodroe Wilson and
Hazel I. (Buttry) Bishop. She grew up in Norris City and later lived at
Pekin, East St. Louis, St. Jacob and St. Rose until moving to Highland in
the early 1980s.
Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Jackie F. and David Garmon, and
Sabrina J. and Phil Swaim; four grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law,
Diane DiSandro-Brand and H. Mark Brands; a niece and her husband, Debra L.
and Mark Hansen; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and an uncle,
Dallas "Coonie" Buttry.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in
Highland, with interment in Highland City Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy
