Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
I am researching the Freetly family that lived in Lee county. John Freetly
was a Presbyterian minister. He was born in Lancaster Co. Pennsylvania in
1814. His wife's name was Mary. I have been told that he is buried in a
cemetery near Harmon. Is there an index that I could find what cemetery he
is in and if other Freetlys are there?

If you receive any mail from me: delete. It will contain an
attachment. DO NOT OPEN ANY ATTACHMENTS FROM ME. I did not send
anything out this morning and upon turning on my computer a virus was
enacted that has been replicating itself as I worked to find it and
delete it. I'm still working on it.
This virus can not get thru the Rootsweb server and I do not keep any
of you in my address book but I noticed it was replying to mail sent
me in my in-box and to addresses in my sent box. If you have any
probs at all run your antivirus software . First make sure you have
the latest definitions. The definition for this virus was only made
available on April 11. That is how it got thru to my system.
Probably from someone unaware they have been infected.
Goodluck to you and Wish me luck,
