I have no connection to your folks -- just a fellow genealogist trying to help. I do have
a connection to Jackson Co., IL. My mom's family (Geppert) was on a farm in
Murphysboro when the monster tornadoes hit on 3/18/1925 -- hundreds were killed in that
area. No one in their family (3 adults & 10 children) was seriously hurt, but the
farm was destroyed. They relocated to Cahokia in St. Clair Co., IL.
Wm & Lenore were married in 1870 -- link to IL Archives databases below. Found
nothing on Sarah.
