I am looking for the history of my great great uncle Herbert Clyde Joiner (born 1900) who
was born in Hardin County and raised in Jackson County. He appears with his mother Ella
Joiner on the 1910 Jackson census. She was widowed and living with her brother on that
census so they may have been transitory.
After a superficial search on the Illinois census records for Herbert Clyde Joiner, what
would you do next to locate this young man on the 1920 on 1930 census.
Gratefully and learning,
