ANCESTRY QUICK TIP from Ancestry.com
I often end up with a roll of film from a trip or holiday that has
just a few frames left. I finish the roll by taking pictures of
heirlooms around the house. After the roll has been developed, I file
these photos in a special album and add information about how I got
the heirloom, which relative owned it, etc.
I place small items on a table in well-spaced rows before
photographing them. Then I identify them by listing them as "Row A,
left to right, Row B . . ."
