Good Morning Velda and Listers,
Glad you asked this ole retired "schoolmaster"!! Kefir is the slightly
effervescent acidulous beverage made of fermented cow's milk.
Another Lister wrote in about her Mom and the making of butter, reminding me of the fresh
bread [or biscuits] that sometimes coincided with the making of butter at home. In the
return answser I remarked that things like butter making taught me many life lessons --
good work
brought rewards!
