A quiet wedding was solemnized Wednesday morning at 9 o'clock when Mrs. Mary Motley
and Alvin Jackson were united in marriage with Rev. Paul Felthouse officiating. The
couple was attended by Mrs. Harry Stottler, sister of the groom and John Cox. The bride
wore a pale green dress suit with brown accessories and a corsage of lavender orchid. The
matron of honor wore a black dress suit. Mrs. Jackson has been employed at the Payette
General hospital where she is superintendent, and the groom owns a ranch in north Payette,
where they will be at home to their friends.
