"The sad news of the death of Mrs. A. C. Bloomer (nee Addie Hubert), at
Oregon City, last week, reached us by telegraph on Monday. We have received
no particulars of her death. We only know that she passed away and is no
more among the people of this world. The deceased was raised in this town"
(Silver City, Idaho), "and was known by every person living in this country.
She was respected by all her acquaintances, who now bow their heads in sorrow
over her taking away. We understand that the body has been taken to Los
Angeles to be interred, where the grave will be moistened by the tears of her
mother and sister who survive her. The husband and family of the deceased
have the sympathy of this community in their sorrow. Peace to the memory of
