Jason,
I'm a bit confused about what an election in Idaho has to do with your completing a
term on the advisory board. Please explain.
We have eight counties with no coordinators. Nine others did not respond to the question.
When did you last have contact with the nine coordinators that did not respond? Is it
possible that we have seventeen counties that don't have coordinators?
We have asked for an election asap. I see no reason for a delay because of other positions
you might hold. You will continue to hold them without regard to an election in Idaho,
correct?

Good Evening Everyone,
First let me give everyone the results of the poll for an election.
Those that support an Election - 9 Coordinators
Those that abstain in the poll - 3 Coordinators
Those that did not responded - 9 Coordinators
Total Coordinators - 21
As I have stated in an earlier Email I don't have a problem with holding an
election. I stated that I wanted to wait until after the national election to
finish out my term on the Advisory Board. I don't plan on running for the
National Board again.
I am not sure what the real hurry is for having an election immediately. I have
been contacted by a few members of the national advisory b
oard which I will ask
for help with the election.
I also want to thank everyone for the hard work each of you are doing.
So again my plan is still to have the election after national one is over.
I hope this helps everyone understand my reasoning
Jason

I'd like to see the election proceed as soon as possible. Many people are
doing research during summer break and it is a great time to recruit new
volunteers so I think we need to get this worked out right away.
Sincerely,

Jason,
The last thing we heard from you about this matter was more than three weeks
ago.
There is no reason whatsoever to put an election off for several months.
What does the National Election have to do with a state election?
I am nominating Mike St. Clair, Teton County Coordinator, for the position of
Idaho State Coordinator.

After hearing from the coordinators. I have decided that an election for the
state Coordinator will be held after the national election has been completed.
I
will let every one know the date when it gets closer.
