My screen is also 17 inches.
Only place I'm using width is for header --
body {
background-color: #FFFFF0; /**ivory**/
margin-top: 20px;
margin-left: 30px;
margin-right: 30px;
font-family: Arial, Verdana, sans-serif;
font-size: 10pt;
color: black;
}
#header {
width: 100%;
height: 220px;
background-color: #FFFFF0; /**ivory**/
}
#leftcolumn {
float: left;
margin-top: 20px;
padding: 5px 0px 0px 0px;
width: 150px;
background-color: #FFFFF0; /**ivory**/
font-size: 12px;
}
#leftcolumn_3 { /** for cemetery pgs **/
float: left;
margin-top: 20px;
padding: 5px 0px 0px 0px;
width: 120px;
}
#linkbar {
height: 28px;
}
#content {
margin-top: 0px;
margin-left: 160px;
margin-right: 50px;
padding: 5px 25px 5px 25px; /*top right bottom left**/
}

Yes I am but you need to create a CSS file to keep the width at an
automatic to adjust to whatever screen size it is. I suggest use the
100% rather than a specific size. Matt
P.S. my laptop is a 17 inch screen while others can be 11 to 14 inches.

Thanks. I think those are all the "Squaw Crk valley"
banner. Are you using a
laptop, per chance? I forgot what that pg width is.

yes, Mike is right on a few page where your header overlaps the link
bar. Ones I found are from Biography, History, Photo and Surnames
index list. I hope this helps. Great job!!
