Friday's sessions of this conference will be in the State Capitol. I'll be
speaking as part of a panel with Jimmie Parker and Michael Ritchie of
FamilySearch at 2:15 pm. There is a registration fee to attend the full
conference, Friday and Saturday. They have said IDGenWeb coordinators can
come Saturday morning without a registration fee.
Saturday's sessions will actually be at the state archives, address below.
At 9 am, for an hour and 15 minutes we have the upstairs board room to get
acquainted with each other. That will be followed at 10:15 by a tour of the
archives by Rod House, state archivist.
For any of you who are within striking distance, I'd really love to meet you
on Saturday morning. They say there is ample free parking available, and if
you let me know today there will be a free lunch provided after the tour.
It will also give you a good chance to find out where the Archives are, what
is contained there, etc. Please let me know here on the list.
The Archives are located at:
2205 Old Penitentiary Road, Boise
