Thanks Penny. I do appreciate that. I have been doing this kind of
volunteering for the past 10+ years. Yes, I will have my burn out
moments but tend to get back in the game after awhile. I will just
have to set some priory boundary. I'll figure it out along the way.

Matt,
You are doing a great job. If I could give a little advice. . . . Don't burn
yourself out!
I think sometimes we go gung ho to update and keep things going, but then eventually get
mentally exhausted and lose interest. Been there, done that!
Take your time, we don't expect you to work day and night. (or maybe we do! tee
hee!) We are all volunteers and understand what that means.
We are all sad to see Mike leave, but we understand his reasons are unavoidable. He did
a great job and I'm sure you will as well!
I can't speak for everyone, but all I expect is someone that will respond if I need
help and someone that will keep us all in the loop. We are all here as a team, and might
I say a great one!
Thanks for stepping up and taking all of this on. We would like you to stick around a
while. (smile)
Thanks
Penny
