Hi Folks,
I found this article in the Idaho Statesman published in March 2011. It was
called "You Docs: Knowing Your Family History is the Best Medicine" (
http://www.idahostatesman.com/2011/03/21/1574319/knowing-your-family-hist...).
What's so cool about this article, it talked about a website that permit you
to create and to develop a centralized database to collect all of your
family's medical history. Here's the website ... "My Family Health
Protrait"
(
https://familyhistory.hhs.gov/fhh-web/home.action).
If you know of any great information articles of family history or
genealogical research/study in the Idaho local or state newspapers. Please
share them with us. I know I would love to learn about them or what is out
there.
I have on the IDGenWeb Project, a calendar for any future events that is
family history/genealogy related for our patrons to read about. Please pass
it along if you know of any such events in your local area or within the
state.
Have a great day,
Matt Friend
