Hi Everyone -
First I would like to say thanks for allowing me to be the coordinator
for Latah and Benewah Counties..
I live; and have lived within 30 miles of Colton, Whitman, WA.. (just
across the state line; 8 miles; from Latah County, ID and just down the
road from Benewah County, ID) my entire life.....
I am single, almost 55. I have one son and he is active duty US Air
Force.. He is a CSAR FE currently stationed at RAF/LAK in England for 3
years..he has been active duty Air Force since 2003.
I have owned and operated a window cleaning business in the local area
for 20 years, but have been having some physical issues that keep me
from working full time... I live way out in the country (12 miles) and
tend to be a homebody.
I spend many hours everyday working findagrave, so when Natalie
suggested I put my hat in for the county coordinator for Latah and
Benewah, I was at first taken aback as I have no idea how to build a web
page, but from what I understand, a lot of people didn't when they
started, and they learned how, so figured I could learn also.
I have been working findagrave.com for a year and a half. In that time I
have created about 15K memorials, and uploaded 20k+ photos of
tombstones.. I have been working on cemeteries in Nez Perce, Latah, and
Lewis Counties in ID and Whitman, Asotin, Garfield Counties in WA, along
with assisting the county coordinators for Nez Perce and Whitman
Counties on the genweb project.
I look forward to working with my co-coordinator, whoever that may be...
Thanks !
Kerry
Natalie Huntley suggested I volunteer for this position, so I did...

Subject: [IDGENWEB] Last Month Mandatory Roll Call
Last month mandatory roll call was very low. I've only gotten maybe a third
of you submit your roll call for the month. I'm going to make another
Mandatory Roll Call in September 2014. I would expect every single one of
you to check in with me.
I do greatly appreciate your support for the IDGenWeb Project. I know we
are all busy but I'm not trying to send out monthly roll call since I trust
you folks to do your work on your own websites.
As of this month, I added three more counties to our Adoption List:
Bannock, Bonner and Kootenai counties. Judy White resigned her position as
CC for these three counties. I still have her doing the Indian Project but
need to make sure all file are switched over to the Bluehost server.
We've adopted out Benewah and Latah counties to our newest member, Kerry
Moser. We still have ten others besides the ones I mentioned above that
needs some CCs. If you know of someone, please pass them along.
Please check in when it is time to for our roll call next month.
Thanks,
Matt Friend
