Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Hi, I am a new lister so bare with me. I am researching the Metcalf and
Madison and Gilbert names in Woodbury Co. I have a lot of info on the
Metcalfs that I received from other researchers. This is what i am
really looking for. I have a Dorothy GILBERT that married an Arlo
METCALF on July 2, 1917 in Sioiux City Iowa. Arlo was from Hornick his
parents names were Estus and Estelle. I know that Dorothy was born in
Iowa but don't know where from. She also had a sister named Edna. She is
my brick wall. Help me please. I am also looking for any info regarding
my grandfather Donald Wayne MADISON who married Lola Mae Metcalf both
from Hornick. His parents names were Toddie E. Madison and Minnie
RICKABAUGH. Todd was born in Slater, MO. Donald was born in Randolph.
His grandparents names were George Washington and Lydia Margaret Madison
they are both buried in Randolph. Any info you could give me would be
