Does anyone know if this is the Frank L. Greene who was a photographer in Blanchard, Iowa? If so, I have some old cabinet card photos of at least one of my ancestors that were taken by him sometime between 1870 and 1890. One card, just shows the name Greene, in ornate writing, and Blanchard, Iowa in a different text. The other, shows Frank L. Greene and Blanchard, Iowa. Both are on the bottom of the card. I have only been able to locate one other photo by this photographer, found in a random search for cabinet cards. I can find no mention of this studio, the man's work, or anything other than this obit for him, if it is indeed him. Any information would be appreciated. My family is said to have lived near Blanchard, Iowa, or possibly in Tarkio, Missouri, around the time these photos were taken. Maybe larger towns then, but in 2010 the population was listed as 38. In 1880, it was around 321, and in 1890, about 432.
