Dear Sir, Madam,
Please assist me with the following.
I am from Holland and have an interest in WW 2 history. I do research about US servicemen who were killed in WW 2 and are/were buried in the US Military Cemetery in Holland (and Belgium), near where I live.
I am searching in particular a picture from: Francis S. Kettler, KIA December 9th 1944 in Germany. He was from Monona County, IA, born July 18th 1921, and enlisted December 19th 1942.
Can you please help me? Perhaps there was picture from him in a local newspaper or in a yearbook. It seems there were some articles in the Alton Democrat, 28-12-1944 and about his re-burial in 1948-1949.
Thank you in advance, kind regards from Holland, Antoine
