Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

1930 Iowa does not have a Miracode. So researcher that time period can be

Looking for obits for Frank (Franz) Miller and wife Augusta. Both died in 1953. Augusta 3/19/53 in Mapleton. Funeral was held at Lutheran Church in Mapleton. Henning Funeral Home conducted.
Frank (Franz) d. 9/11/53 in Moorehead. Funeral 9/14/53.
Both are buried in St. Clair Cemetery in Ute.
Hoping obits would give me parentage, siblings, ect. Especially in need of Augusta's maiden name. Have several different spelling, ect. on courthouse records. Also have checked cemetery records. lists no maiden name. PLEASE!!
I just returned from Monona County, last month and took pictures of my
ggrandpa's gravesite in the Grant Cemetery. My g-grandfather's name was
William H. Smith. His son, Oliver Smith and Oliver's wife Sarah and daughter
Abbie are also buried in that county. Are these any relation?
