Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb

Theodore McKNIGHT (b. 1816-OH; d. 1904-KS) m. Harriett CURTIS (b. 1820-OH; d.
1881-KS) in 1838 in Belmont Co., OH. They had ten children:
1. Francis Ann(a) - b. 1839-OH; m. Thomas GATTEN in Belmont Co., OH; in 1904
she was living in Beeler, Ness Co., KS.
2. Nancy J(ane) - b. 1841-OH; m. Hendley H. GREGG in Belmont Co., OH; in 1904
she was living in Bethesda, Belmont Co., OH.
3. Mary Emma (Emily) - b. 1843-Belmont Co., OH; m. Nathan R. CHANCE in Lucas
Co., IA in 1865. In 1904 she was living in Augusta, Butler Co., KS. SHe died
1940 in KS.
4. Thomas Irvin - b. 1845-Belmont Co., OH; m. Rebecca Jane MORSE-1868 in Lucas
Co., IA. He died in 1895 in KS.
5. Martha C (E?) - b. 1847-OH; m. Henry MILLER- Lucas Co., IA. IN 1904 she
was living in Chariton, Lucas Co., IA.
6. William Asbury "Berry" - b. 1849-OH; m. Martha J. CHANCE - Lucas Co., IA in
1872. In 1904 he was living in Butler Co., KS. He died in 1906 in KS.
7. Sarah - b. ABT 1852-OH
8. Clare (Clara?) B. - b. ABT 1854-OH
(NOTE: It is not known whether of not Clare (Clara) was a male or female. If
Clare was a male, then we have information on Sarah, otherwise, it belongs to
either of them: "Nina" McKnight m. Unknown HUTCHINGS. In 1904 she was living
in Bloomfield, IA.)
9. Belle - b. ABT 1857-OH; m. Unknown DAVIS; in 1904 she was living in Fort
Scott, Bourbon Co., KS.
10. Siegle C. - b. ABT 1862; m. Mary A.; in 1904 was living in Beeler, Ness
Co., KS. He had at least one child, Edna, who was born ABT 1893 in KS.
I know that Theodore and his family took the following route to KS: Belmont
Co., OH>Chariton, Lucas Co., IA (ABT 1860-1874)>Butler Co., KS (and others).

Can someone lookup on the emigrant CD the following individuals? I believe
they were born somewhere in Vastergotland.
Katherine Johanna Carlsson Pearson b. October 15, 1820 in Sweden and d. August
15, 1915 in Rockford, Winnebago County, Illinois. Katherine must have also
used the name Johanna. Katherine either came to the US in 1876 or 1881. She
lived in Chariton, Lucas County, Iowa until either 1905 or 1915 went she went
to stay with her son, Ossian Waldemar Carlson, in Rockford, Winnebago County,
Ossian Waldemar Carlsson (Carlson) b. August 31, 1859 in Vastergotland, Sweden
and d. 1939 in Rockford, Winnebago County, Illinois. Ossian also used
Waldemar as a first name. Ossian came to the US in 1876. In 1879-1881, he
sailed on several merchant ships as a seaman. From 1881-1890, he was
supposedly in the Navy. In 1891, he lived in Newport, Rhode Island. He
married my ggrandmother, Clara Josephine Mathilda Carlson, on July 15, 1891
in Newport, Rhode Island. In 1892, he visited his relatives in Chariton,
Lucas County, Iowa and then settled in Rockford, Winnebago County, Illinois.
He was a member of the Svea Sonner Singing Society.
Mrs. Augusta Carlsson (or Carlsdotter) Johnson was the daughter of Katherine
Carlson Pearson. She lived in Chariton, Lucas County, Iowa.
Carl Carlson (Carlsson) was another son of Katherine who lived in Michigan in
