Frances E. "Frank" Adams, 66, of Logan died Dec. 14 at home in Logan.
He was born Sept. 4, 1937, in Mondamin to Chauncey Kidder and Evelyn
(Chamberlain) Adams. He graduated from Modale High School, and then he served in the
U.S. Army. Frank was a meat cutter his entire life, working in Harlan and
Omaha. He loved horses and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his special friend, Cindy Fleming, of Logan; children, Andy
L. Adams and wife, Dawn, of Logan, Tammy Sue Adams and friend, Jim Gilcrist,
of Omaha, Lance Adams of Omaha; sisters, Jennie Gallentine of Modale, Louise
Tietgen of Uehler, Neb., Georgia Garnette of Centralia, Ill., Edna Wede of
Harlan, Rena Ford of Council Bluffs; brothers, Charles of Gibbon, Neb., Allen of
Modale, Blair of Missouri Valley; grandchildren, Amanda Adams, Mike Adams,
Dallas Gilcrist, Leanne Adams.
Visitation will be Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Logan Memorial Chapel in Logan.
Memorial service will be Friday at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev.
Mark Sikes officiating.
