Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Anyone out there have access to marriage records from about 1897? I am
looking for a possible marriage record for William Joseph Penn, married
about 1897, wife's name unknown.
William Joseph Penn is listed in the 1900 census in Emmet County as married
0 years, with son George about 2 years old. Possible scenario is that the
mother died in childbirth.
Any help would be appreciated. I've found the son George in all subsequent
census records, EXCEPT the 1925 Iowa census that would have told me his
