I have a picture of my great-grandparents home in Estherville. And I would
like to know if the house is still standing. It's a 3 story home with a
basement I think. The address in the 1904 Estherville city directory was 415
S 9th street. In 1902 Mrs.. E T Hobein had a afternoon tea for her lady
friends at this address. Their names were Charles A. and Eliza T Hobein.
They own the dry goods store called The Leader. Any info on them or their
home would be greatly appreciated. I would be more then happy to scan the
picture. Thank you, Elysa Hobein Wallingford
