The Lenn Adams in 1920 census was indeed my g. grandfather according to a book
written by Enid Adams intitled (The Decendants Of Jerimiah Adams 1794~1883)
With census info; there are more mysteries to look for. Like he said he was
married twice and was a widower. According to my
findagrave.com records I was
able to find my g. grandmother Sarah Bonner Adams Sellwood lEdwards. I am now
looking for burial and death records for him. In the book it says he died at
LaCrosse of LaCrosse CO WISC; unknown date. Luckily John Quincy Adams raised
my g. grandfather. His mother had died when he was just six weeks old after
his mother died from childbirth. His Dad Mr. Ellis never came back to claim
him; thus he was raised by the Adams family.
