Looking for information on Jessie (M) RICE born April 1896.
Husband is Edward E. RICE born either 1892 maybe 1899.
Probably married in Cerro Gordo County, IA between 1915 and 1920.
1905 Iowa census shows Jessie SHULL and Charles SHULL as residents of Iowa Odd Fellows Home (orphanage)
1910 census shows Jessie SHULL as resident of Iowa Odd Fellows Home (orphanage)
1915 Iowa census shows Jessie SHULL female, single, age 19 in Cerro Gordo County, IA
1920 census Mason City, Cerro Gordo County, IA shows Ed and Jessie Rice with two children.
1930 census Riverside County, CA shows Edward E. and Jessie M. Rice with four children.
What I am trying to determine is:
(1) if Jessie's maiden name was SHULL
(2) names of Jessie's parents.
I THINK her parents may have been William J. and Laura (DORMAN) SHULL; however, I have
not been able to document the connection , if any.
There was a Jessie and C.P. Shull on 1900 Page County, IA census with Wm. J. and Laura Shull.
I have been able to locate Wm. J. and Laura after 1900 census.
