Caroline Chamberlain married James Dupray May 24, 1843 Portage, Ohio. She was born in massachusetts. I believe Jame's father was Thomas Dupray forn Oct. 23, 1792 Pennyslvania. He married Christina Miller 1814. I am looking for Thomas Dupray's father - where was he from . I understand Ireland but need proof.

I don't know if Mick was ever interested in the probate for Margaret Covel (covil) but I am. Margaret Covel is my gggg-grandmother. It is through this line that I'm trying to get my DAR. Do I need to send money first or just email you my address and then send money afterwards? Let me know either on list or at donnac91(a)yahoo.com.

That's all that I have been able to find for probates. By the way, were you
ever interested in the probate for your Margaret Covel (Covil in the
probate)??? You didn't tell me. If you are, just let me know. We charge

Hi Janice. I reread this email and it caught my attention that you have
probate records in the local gen society library. I will appreciate your
help. My GG Grandfather, Richard McBride, died in February 1894 (7 miles
North of Storm Lake). I have a copy of the newspaper obit and a copy of his
death certificate. I know his wife and one on his sons, Hector, are buried
in the Storm Lake cemetery. However, I have not been able to locate his
grave. Also, I will appreciate a copy of the probate record if one exists.
My email address is lmcbride(a)cox.net.

Buena Vista County, Iowa Genealogy Group
This is a county list solely for the discussion of all things related to the history and genealogy of Buena Vista Co. and the people who made it what it is today. Buena Vista County was formed on January 15, 1851, from open land. It was named in memory of the Battle of Buena Vista in the Mexican-American War ending in 1848; the victorious United States annexed considerable territory as a result. Its county seat is Storm Lake.
