Beginning March 2nd, 2020 the Mailing Lists functionality on RootsWeb will be discontinued. Users will no longer be able to send outgoing emails or accept incoming emails. Additionally, administration tools will no longer be available to list administrators and mailing lists will be put into an archival state.
Administrators may save the emails in their list prior to March 2nd. After that, mailing list archives will remain available and searchable on RootsWeb
Looking for information on Stiles family in Appanoose Co. My ggrandmother Mariah Stiles was born 2/14/1833 in Guernsy Co. Ohio married James Francis Hopkins 1/1/1854 in Appanoose Co. She died 3/31/1925 in Unionville and is buried in Eaton cem.Have heard there is a book on the Stiles family written by Jesse Stiles from Seymour Ia.Was wondering if someone could check to see if this book would be in the Centerville library.

Phebe Emily MOREDICK (b 1840) married William B. HOUGH (b 1835 Ohio) 20 Jun
1861 in Ohio. Have not been able to find William's parentage. He had an
older sister named Sarah. They claimed their father was from England and
their mother from Virginia.
Phebe Emily was from Belmont County. They moved to Center Twp, Appanoose
County, Iowa briefly in the 1870s then to Boulder, Colorado before 1880.
William B. died in Boulder at age 70. Do not have Phebe Emily's death date
yet. Children: James Willard HOUGH (1862-91), Tabitha Emily HOUGH (1863-98),
Charles Magee HOUGH (1864), Mary Alice HOUGH (1865), Robert Malligan HOUGH
(1870). There were also four others who died as infants. Would love to
