Thanks Jeff
It does,
I will try and mark them in on a map,.
After what you have told me I have gone back to a census copy (1881) for
another look, and I find the enumerator has gone from Sch 302 Wig Isaf
House Middle rd, to 303, 304, 305, 306, Club Row M. Rd, to Sch.307
Myrtle Hill Middle Rd, so that completes the information you have given
me.
Doing that has shown me what is now possible, I have the Glam 1871
census so I should be able to do the same thing with the others if the
roads haven't changed in 10 years (and they put all the details in), its
a pity in isn't indexed.
Thanks again for your help
regards

Subject: Re: [GLA] Swansea areas
Hi Ken
Heol Ganol Cwmbwrla is the same place as Middle Road.
Weig is just off Middle Road and the name of a local colliery.
Conceivably used as the name of a district which could have included
Middle Road. I am not familiar with the name Myrtle Hill, but it may
have applied to part of Middle Road.
Penllwynmarch Road is a continuation of Weig Road on the other side of
Middle Road.

of what used to be the Cwmdu colliery.
