I have Meary DAVIS/DAVIES in 1839 and there are many. My John DAVIS b.1833
was from Rhondda Valley and there are many. Only sibling Meary (Mary) is b.
after 1838.
What do you mean local registrar and where is the office located? How do I
write there?
Peace,
Jim

Subject: [GLA] Sending for GRO certificates
Dear List:
If I want to get a death certificate (or birth certificate) from the GRO
about someone but I have two possibilities of dates and, therefore, people,
will I get both certificates sent to me if I can give parents' names,
possible birth places, etc.? Or will they try to go with the one that
matches best?
