There are no marriage certificates until 1837. However, the witnesses
names will be in the original parish register and the parish records for
Llangyfelach are at the West Glamorgan Archives in Swansea.

My gggrandfather David Davies married a Jane in about 1814. He was born in St Clears in
1792, and she in Narberth in 1788. They were living in Swansea in 1841. A possible
marriage is in Llangyfelach in 1813, Nov 23rd. The brides surname is Hopkin. One of the
indexes I found this on, comments that the witnesses were recorded in the register. These
might give a clue if this is the correct marriage. Is there anyway of getting access to
