Last week someone told me that the price of certificates was going down,
after I stopped laughing I asked why. They told me that we as family
history buffs don't need a certified copy. Now it came from a friend,
that came from their friend you know the story, has anyone else heard
anything that resembles this? If so I think Christmas came early for me..
any input welcome, Bryn
