Subject: [GLA] Swansea Union
Was the Swansea Union a workhouse?
If so can anyone find the birth of Samuel Andrews(or Parker)
born July 1855. ( I have a birth certficate with this information)
Father listed as Samuel Andrews (Baker Journeyman) - Mother Ellen Andrews (formerly
Parker).
If I have the right couple they left two children in the Bideford Workhouse,Devon.
Appreciate any help you can give me.
Ellen may have given a false name, Samuel Andrews was married to Eliza Parker
Regards
Daphne
